Nannapat is our CEO and Lead Consultant in talent and team optimization. She has 20 years of experience in management consulting, executive search, leadership, and talent development consulting, as well as global talent operations for a multibillion-dollar business.


She is specialized in supporting clients to increase executive and team performance, team engagement, and talent optimization. Nannapat is an executive coach to top business leaders in global organizations, from C-level executives to high-potential senior leaders.


Nannapat graduated with a Master’s degree in Humanity and a Management Certificate in Human Resources Management from Villanova University. Nannapat has been recognized as one of the Top Leadership Coaches by Coach Foundation and a Leader in Executive Coaching by The International Association of Women (IAW).

Humberto R. Herrera 

Humberto has 18 years of experience in Global HR Management; he has provided strategic HR support to several businesses, led organization design and restructuring projects, initiated talent development programs, organized and delivered global leadership development programs to companies in various countries globally.


Humberto specializes in Change management, Organizational design and team development for peak performance. He graduated with a Master's degree in Human Resources Administration from Universidad de Chile, and he is certificated in Human Resources Administration from The University of Texas at Austin

Jeffrey Sage 

Jeff is our Business Transformation leader with over 25 years of experience as a Partner in global management consulting firms, a Chief Operating Officer of a global engineering services firm and a Managing Partner of IDEAL Operations. He specializes in business operations turnaround, transformation programs as well as organizational work redesign.


He exploits the realm of Commitment-based Management™, which focuses on individual working practices to facilitate the transformation of people. He has supported clients in various industries to improve their performance and scale their businesses.


Jeff graduated with a Master’s degree in computer science and statistics from Western Michigan University. He is a Master Trainer in Commitment-based Management™ Certification and a Lean Six Sigma Champion.

Mark James 

Mark is a performance improvement practitioner and advisor with experience in complex business performance challenges. He leads the development, implementation, and measurement of programs that engage and inspire employees, channel partners, and customers.


Mark specializes in a disciplined approach which integrates effective performance improvement tactics with data-driven marketing techniques that acquire and grow customers. Mark is also experienced in the application of advanced analytics that enable better informed decision-making, faster speed-to-market, and results validation.


Mark graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from University of Dayton.
