This coaching package is appropriate for experienced leaders and emerging leaders who need to enhance executive presence, communication skills, and inspirational leadership capability. The coaching sessions are virtual and scheduled at the convenience of the participant.
In-person coaching may be available to you. Additional fees may apply.
What’s included:
A detailed Leadership Inventory Assessment for Coaching & Development
One 60 minute session of facilitated feedback identifying strengths and blind spots
A personal strategy to laser focus on the area of development to strengthen your leadership performance
Six Months of 1:1 coaching sessions bi-monthly to focus on the outcome
Weekly flash coaching sessions (15-30 minutes) to help leaders with urgent needs to adjust & inject new micro habits.
Unlimited access to the coach and ask questions through the Voxer app
Unlimited frameworks, tools, and resources appropriate to the area of focus
One 60 minute coaching session to follow up on your progress and further development (2-3 months after the program ends)
